1. Call North Fork Computer at (276) 229-0285 to set up a remote assistance session.
2. Go to teamviewer.com and scroll down, and click "download" button:






Next, choose to run this file:





Allow the software to run. You may also receive a notification from your anti-virus program. Choose "OK" or "allow" to complete this temporary installation.






You should now see the Quick Support window on your desktop. Just give me the ID number and the password to begin the support session.





Rest assured that no permanent changes are made to your computer by running this program, and I can only access your machine for one session, with your permission, over this secure connection.
